When not planning for her school days, Mrs Martinez enjoys hiking with her husband Mark, as well as playing soccer and tennis. Mrs. Martinez and her husband have three grown sons, Phillip, Andrew and Vincent. Her youngest son is spending a year volunteering at the NPH home in Mexico. In her quiet moments, Mrs. Martinez enjoys reading, sewing, and shopping at her favorite discount stores. Mrs. Martinez has enjoyed the change from 5th to 1st grade and has learned a lot from her students.
