Mrs. Scruggs has been teaching since 1980 and started teaching at St. Louise in 1987. Originally from Minnesota, she earned a BS degree with a double major in Elementary Education and Art Education at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota. Her husband, Rick, has retired from working at St. Louise Parish, and their four children were graduates from St. Louise School. Together their family enjoys their love of art and music. Mrs. Scruggs especially likes to sing, write and tell stories.
