Annual School Gift Campaign
"ASGC"

Annual School Gift Campaign (ASGC) is one of the major fundraisers at St. Louise School. ASGC begins in January and includes a phonathon in February.   The campaign runs throughout the year.

• We continue this year to use the funds raised by our Annual School Gift Campaign to address a variety of priorities within our operating budget. Providing a Roman Catholic school education to all who wish it, regardless of income, is another priority of St. Louise. Because of your financial support, we are able to provide tuition assistance to those who are truly in need. Currently, one in ten students at St. Louise School receives tuition assistance thanks to your past contributions to our Annual School Gift Campaign. 
   
• Funds from the Gift Campaign will continue to provide need-based tuition assistance in conjunction with the Father Phil Wallace Tuition Assistance Fund, founded in 2002 through a generous donation from the Luger family. Educational expenses rise each year, and thus tuition must also increase accordingly. We work diligently each year to keep tuition affordable for as many families as possible. However, when some families need assistance, we continue to count on the generosity of all members of the St. Louise community to help provide aid through contributions to our Annual School Gift Campaign and additional gifts to the Father Phil Wallace Tuition Assistance Fund. It is our goal to one-day have this endowment totally fund our tuition assistance program.
   
• Along with these priorities, a portion of the proceeds of our Annual School Gift Campaign also address current, specific needs in our curriculum development such as the purchase of textbooks, expansion of new and/or additional equipment, and updated computer technology. Without your help, we could not enjoy the academic excellence, with a Roman Catholic foundation, that we are so proud of here at St. Louise School. Together, we are building an investment in the children who will be the future leaders in our Catholic Church. We are grateful for your support, and look forward to your ongoing participation. The St. Louise Auction, one of the four major fundraisers at St. Louise, is traditionally held the second or third weekend in November but efforts begin in the December or January before. This event has continued to expand. It has become the largest fund raiser to benefit our school. Sponsored by our Parents' Club, proceeds from the Auction go directly to the Parents' Club budget.

The 2012 auction co-chairs are Sheila Killeen and Christie Allemand.

 Charger Cards (click here for more information)

“Charger Cards” is the St. Louise program that issues gift cards from retailers, restaurants and service providers. The St. Louise Parents’ Club is able to buy these gift cards at a discount and sell them to you at full face value. The discount, or rebate, is retained by St. Louise and raises money for the school.

St. Louise Parents' Club is pleased to offer St. Louise Charger Gear. The Charger Gear consists of uniform and non-uniform fleece items, gifts with the St. Louise logo, and the official St. Louise Athletic Bag. St. Louise School’s Charger Gear fleece is an essential piece of the uniform that can be worn all year round. The St. Louise School fleece and other items are made available from the St. Louise Parents’ Club in order to raise funds to support many school projects and activities.

At the beginning of the each school year, St. Louise Parish School holds a magazine sale, which is one of the three major fundraisers at St. Louise to help raise money for our 450+ students. This is a great way to support our school and receive your favorite magazines, books, music and software. The school earns 40% of the total profits.
